Request Access

Materials Characterization Core access and reservations are administered through the Wyss Institute's internal wiki. You can request access to the wiki by filling out the Wyss Institute Wiki Registration Form. If you already have access to the wiki but have not yet entered in financial information, login to the wiki, select the "My Account" link at the upper right-hand corner of the page, and enter the information at the bottom of the form.

Within the Materials Characterization Core section of the wiki you'll find a complete list of instructions on reserving equipment.

Wyss-affiliated users may request card access to the Wyss facilities. To be granted card access, you'll need to complete Wyss EH&S Lab Safety training.

• For Longwood access, please refer to the Instructions and send your certificate to Susan Kelley.
• For Cambridge access, please complete the safety requirement and send the certificate of training completion to Simonetta Piergentili.
• Non-Wyss-affiliated users will only have access during business hours, 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.

All users must adhere to the Materials Characterization Core's User Policy and Guidelines.
