Research Assistant II – Mass Spec.

Part of a multidisciplinary team working on developing a number of state-of-the-art processes involving the capture and identification of pathogens from samples; responsible for the developing methods using mass spectrometry to identify these pathological samples (e.g., laboratory generated and clinical samples); takes part in a wide variety of additional experimental techniques for sample preparation, including molecular biology, protein characterization, and infection diagnostic development.
