Constructs expression plasmids, performs transient and stable transfections into bacterial and mammalian cells, performs immunofluorescence staining, stores and analyzes data; maintains an organized collection of plasmids, mammalian cell lines, and data collection protocols suitable for transfer to others including outside agencies; presents data at group meetings, assists in writing papers and monthly reports to funding agencies.
