Research Assistant IV- Microfluidic cell based assays

We are seeking a research assistant, that will significantly contribute to a research program involving the use of cell culture and microfluidic in vitro models to support our efforts in novel drug discovery and antibody delivery for multiple organs, including the blood-brain barrier and liver. The successful candidate will be responsible for the optimization and execution of microfluidic Organ-on-Chip primary cell culture and the development and validation of various in-vitro and cell-based assays, including, but not limited to cell-based qPCR/TaqMan, ELISA, westerns, enzymatic assays, imaging, and flow cytometry.
