Matt is the Senior Director of Finance and overseas Finance, Procurement, IT and the Administrative Services teams at the Wyss. He plays a critical role in developing and implementing the financial strategy supporting the Wyss as a separately incorporated Harvard non-profit entity. Before joining the Wyss in 2012, Matt was the Budget Manager at Tufts Medical Center. At Tufts, Matt performed a range of corporate finance functions including refinancing debt via public bond offering, M&A scenario analysis, free-cashflow analysis and planning and managing the development of the $800M annual operating budget and forecasts. Matthew holds an MBA from Northeastern University.
