Lansberry is passionate about innovation and technology translation to commercial applications. His professional interests include computer control of dynamic systems, electronic circuit design (including energy conversion and embedded systems), software development and system design.
Prior to joining the Wyss, he worked on controls and electronics in the electric vehicle and alternative energy industry, and then worked on advanced robotic development at QinetiQ North America and iRobot. While at iRobot, Geoff served as principal engineer, senior manager and innovation director. Between working at iRobot and the Wyss, Geoff co-founded Kuvée, applying his creative energy to innovation in the wine industry.
Geoff has a BSEE degree from Lehigh University, an MSEE from Johns Hopkins University and an MS in Engineering Management from Tufts University. He has generated over 20 patents primarily in the areas of robotics and motor controls.
