Focus Area Programmable Nanomaterials, Biomimetic Microsystems
Research Interests Development of novel translationally directed therapeutic systems including programmable nanoparticles and ex vivo modified cells (e.g. platelets), utilizing surface modifications and biomimicry to ensure optimal circulation times and multifunctional therapeutic effects on various disease models. My current research interests are inspired by platelet physiology and their implications in cancer metastasis and vascular diseases.
