Bipolar disorder is a debilitating mental health condition that afflicts millions of people the United States. Despite being relatively common, there are very few treatments available for bipolar disorder. Many of those treatments don’t work well, and/or cause significant side effects that discourage patients from taking them.
The Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering is working on a new technology called CircaVent to solve this problem. CircaVent combines algorithms, preclinical tadpole models, and human brain organoids to identify drugs that could treat the underlying causes of bipolar disorder and other mental health conditions.
Join us for a special webinar to learn more about how CircaVent can help effective drugs get into clinical trials and to patients with bipolar disorder who need them, faster.
