Katrin oversees research compliance and research integrity at the Wyss Institute, including financial conflicts of interest, research misconduct as well as export controls, research security and international collaborations. Before joining the Wyss Institute in April 2018, she served as Research Compliance Officer at the Harvard Faculty of Arts and Sciences and the Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
Katrin received her Ph.D. from the Friedrich-Alexander University in Erlangen, Germany. She spent 14 years as a basic and applied cancer researcher at Princeton University, the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute before becoming a research compliance administrator.
