As President of The NemetzGroup, Marnie led the firm’s strategic vision, commercial offering, and day-to-day operations, managing a team of consultants and G&A professionals while guiding complex client engagements across rare diseases and other high-need areas. Her work spans corporate and franchise strategy, new product planning, pre-commercial and launch planning, portfolio and lifecycle strategy, and business development support, often serving as embedded, fractional leadership for executive and founder teams.
