The Microfluidics and Medicine symposium, chaired by Wyss Core faculty members Don Ingber, George Whitesides and David Weitz, will focus on recent advances in the field of microfluidics that are accelerating development of medical technologies in areas ranging from diagnostics and therapeutics to high-throughput screening technologies and organs-on-chips. The day will end with a panel discussion on Commericialization Challenges and Lessons Learned, followed by a talk by George Whitesides on the future of this dynamic field.
