This project management workshop is organized by the Skills Development Center, a partnership between the Boston Biomedical Innovation Center (B-BIC) and the Harvard Catalyst.
In a perfect world, the development and launch of new medical device products happens on schedule, under budget, with smooth review and approval from FDA, and goes on to hit record sales. In reality, the road is long and has many unexpected turns.
Join us for this full day offering that explores factors that affect the success of innovations:
- The process of market research and analysis
- The prioritization of product features using market data
- The Stage-Gate model for managing the device development process
This workshop is free for Boston Biomedical Innovation Center (B-BIC) or Harvard Catalyst members. For non-members it is $300 (plus a $17.49 fee).
