Awards in Excellence for Reimagine the World Campaign and Website
Each day members of the Wyss Institute community work to Reimagine a World where anything is possible: It’s a world of scientific discovery, imagination, and reality, where diseases are cured, climate change is reversed, pandemics are prevented, and lives are ultimately changed for the better.
For nearly two years, the Institute’s Communications and Events Teams used this concept as the foundation for an awareness campaign, focusing on telling personal stories from members of our community and broader ecosystem, sharing their motivations for the work they do and their visions for a better future.
This Reimagine the World campaign and the Institute’s website recently earned the Wyss five prestigious Awards for Excellence from The Communicator Awards, which is presented by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA).
The awards were given for the following categories:
- Reimagine the World: Campaigns & Series Branded Campaign for Social
- Reimagine the World: Video Series-Educational Institution
- Reimagine the World: Video Series-Documentary
- Wyss Institute Website: Biotechnology
- Wyss Institute Website: Science
The Communicator Awards is the largest and most competitive awards program honoring creative excellence for communications professionals, with more than 3,000 entries submitted from across the U.S. and around the world in 2024. The competition also celebrated its 30th anniversary this year with a pledge to honor timeless communication.
