Shana is the Assistant Director of Transformational Awards at the Wyss Institute, where she provides leadership and support for complex, multi-institutional proposals and awards, including ARPA-H and DARPA. She works closely with technical teams, Harvard offices, subcontractors, and industry partners to navigate sponsor and administrative requirements from proposal development through award management. Shana joined the Wyss in 2024, bringing nearly two decades of experience in sponsored research administration and program management at Harvard.
