
Chris is the lead computational biologist on the NASA AVATAR program, which aims to characterize the effects of spaceflight on human biology by utilizing organ-on-chip platforms developed at the Wyss.
Prior to joining the Wyss Institute, Chris worked as a staff bioinformatician in a Data Science Core at an academic medical center, mainly focused on various types of NGS analyses. He also has prior experience with computational protein structure design.
He holds a BASc and MASc in Biomedical Engineereing from the University of Toronto.
