Alex joined the Wyss Institute in 2021 and works closely with the Institute’s technical teams to strategize and translate technologies into market opportunities for commercialization. Prior to joining the Institute, Alex worked in seed venture capital where he managed and supported healthcare startups to reach successful exits through acquisition, licensing, and further financing rounds. Alex has also worked in agricultural biotechnology research to promote sustainability. He holds an M.B.A., Master of Business and Science (M.B.S.) in Genomics, and a B.S. in Biotechnology from Rutgers University, New Brunswick.
