Yunhao Zhai received his dual B.S. in Bioengineering and B.A. in English from Shandong Agricultural University, dual M.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from East China Normal University and Ecoles Normales Supérieures, and Ph.D. in Immunology from Aix Marseille University. His PhD work was focusing on investigating the novel combination of therapeutics targeting T cell co-inhibitors for cancer therapy. As a Wyss Technology Development Fellow, he is working on developing human organ chip models of the lymph node that can be used to model and study immune responses in the context of different disease states, thereby enabling the development of novel therapeutics.
