Staff Positions

The Wyss Institute is currently seeking to hire the following new research and/or administrative staff (click on the job title to see the full posting):

Research Assistant
The Research Assistant will work independently on research projects involving protein engineering, design, expression, and purification. The work will involve DNA constructions, protein expression in bacteria, yeast, and mammalian cells, protein purification and testing in cell-based and biochemical assays.

Laboratory Animal Technologist

This person will collect laboratory samples for examinations, record animal information, perform standardized laboratory tests on animal specimens, order supplies, perform minor equipment maintenance.

Staff Engineer - Microdevice Design

This person will perform research and work with Institute faculty in the creation and execution of research programs and projects in the area of microdevice design, as well as aid in the design and implementation of new and advanced microdevice techniques and approaches.

Staff Engineer - Systems

This person will contribute to the design, development, testing of new software as well as enhancements to existing software while maintaining computing infrastructure and software documentation within the Institute's Enabling Technology Platforms.
