Frontiers in Bioengineering: Engineering Physiologically Relevant Tissues

Lecture

The Rice University Department of Bioengineering has organized a webinar series open to all members of the bioengineering and biomedical research community. Wyss Founding Director Don Ingber will be one of the speakers at the June 18 event entitled, “Engineering Physiologically Relevant Tissues.”

As the COVID-19 pandemic unfolds across the globe, these unprecedented times have caused the cancellation of in-person seminar series, conferences and workshops that their students would participate in and engage with to enhance their educational goals. Rice Bioengineering has organized this webinar series to help their trainees stay up-to-date with frontiers of bioengineering research and to continue facilitating communication between their students and colleagues. All academics, professionals and students at all levels in the field and related fields are invited to attend.

This weekly series of live 90-minute webinar presentations features invited speakers discussing cutting-edge research currently being performed in the bioengineering field.
